For SHIPPED orders, you have a seven (7) day window from the date of receiving the merchandise to make returns (no monetary refunds). Items should be in new, unworn condition with original tags intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse the original shipping costs, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
For PICK UP orders, returns can be made within seven (7) days from the original shopping date. Regrettably, no changes will be accepted beyond this period (no monetary refunds). Items should be new, unworn, with original tags attached.
** If you’ve chosen a pick-up option, day #1 starts from the day after your purchase date (the seven (7) day window for returns or exchanges begins from this date). Any pick-ups made after this seven (7) day period won’t be eligible for exchange or return.
***Please note that Swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, garments with Sequins/Glitter, and sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for store credit or exchange.
